“The Bourne Identity”, “The Bourne Supremacy” and “The Bourne Ultimatum”. These were the three movies composing the Bourne trilogy, based on Robert Ludlum’s novels. Ludlum died in 2001 and only wrote three novels, but Bourne was continued by another author named Eric van Lustbader, so the next Bourne movies will probably be based on his books.
Universal recently got Matt Damon and director Paul Greengrass to agree do the fourth Bourne movie. Perhaps three were enough, but due to the huge success of the trilogy, Hollywood will give us some more.
